Under The Eaves
Set beneath sloping eaves, this bathroom needed a thoughtful approach to make the most of its unusual proportions. The layout was completely reconsidered, combining warm wood tones, bold botanical detail and black accents to create a room that feels balanced, practical and full of character.

A complete renovation including strip-out, layout changes, plumbing, electrical work, joinery, wall preparation, installation and final finishing.
BEHIND THE TRANSFORMATION

The original bathroom was stripped back so the layout, services and structure could be properly reconsidered. The sloping eaves created some obvious constraints, but they also helped shape the new design. By reworking the room from the inside out, the awkward areas could be used more effectively and the space prepared for a layout that felt far more balanced and practical.
REBUILDING THE SPACE
Making every part of the room work harder.
Once the bathroom had been stripped back, the layout and services could be rebuilt around the room’s unusual shape. The sloping eaves were carefully worked into the design, with the key elements positioned to make better use of the available space. This stage created the structure for the new layout and allowed the room to move from awkward and dated to balanced, practical and considered.
